Local produce on offer here includes Chickens from Greg and Lei Gunthorp, Eggs and Butter from Amish Farms, Crimini Mushrroms from Hidden Valley, Summer Squash and Collards from Tipi, Puntarella (a type of chicory) fron Kinnikinnick, Plums from Seedling, Cream from Kalona Organics, and pork shoulder from Niman Ranch (the base of our tasso recipe.)
