A fun addition to this week's specials

We were able to score a quantity of exceptional marrow bones from Tallgrass Beef this weekend, so we’ll be roasting them up with but a little salt, pepper, and our house-brewed worcestershire, then serving them with our fresh-baked Sally Lunn, green tomato relish, and Creole Mustard. For those with a sense of adventure and willingness to indulge, they are the ultimate in richness!
