Soft Shells are in!

Huzzah, hooray, we have soft shell crabs! This week’s supply will be limited, likely to sell out by Saturday so to be sure to get some, you might want to swing by on Friday.  They’ll be what are called “whales,” in other words, really big soft shells. At least for now, they’ll be coming out of the Gulf coast off Biloxi, and as the season progresses, they’ll move on up the east coast. Friday’s Southern Table Menu will be as follows, with Saturday’s likely to change somewhat, but not a lot:
