We want to thank everyone who stopped by the Big Jones table at last week’s Green City Market Annual Chef BBQ. It was fun! Sarah and Carrie and everyone put together a wonderful event again this year.
As you can see in our sign above, we were serving up Cherry-Barbequed Pork Belly and Golden Beet Chow-Show on Hominy Cakes. Before the BBQ started, we started the charcoal on the grill and got the griddles good and hot. For three hours kept those griddles filled with hominy cakes.
The day started sunny, and then a little storm came through.
