Winter Flavors Rolling In

Here’s this weekend’s Southern Table menu. You can imagine my exceitement when Tracey Vowell from Three Sisters Garden offered us pecan shells left over after they shelled their pecan harvest. We had just placed our order for the Gunthorps to bring ducks this week in addition to our regular pork and chicken. The match seemed obvious.
