New Year’s Eve Celebration Dinner

What a year 2010 has been! We will welcome 2011 with the traditional Gullah good luck charm of rice with pea gravy and greens, done of course with our sense of taste for contemporary dining in Chicago. This was the surprise hit at the New Year’s Eve dinner last year, and we expect it will become a New Year’s tradition at Big Jones, continuing hundreds of years this humble combination of slave kitchen staples has graced New Year’s tables in the Carolina Lowcountry and throughout the South. We hope you can join us for what promises to be a very special evening.
